To rummble or not - film night Leeds?

Having looked around for suitable places to gather early, the only place I can see is Crown Point Retail Park
Itll be a nigtmare though at that time of night to try and get through the city in one long convoy!

I suggest smaller groups gather as they please and then pull in for 6.30pm to the cinema
i.e try to coordinate an entrance rather than rummble

Your thoughts?

I think Crown Point retail park will cause some significant problems during the times specified especially with it being located close to the city centre.

My old man used to be a taxi driver in Leeds and suggested the following:

Staples car parl opposite Gala Casino/TGI Fridays just off the A58 Kirkstall (space for 50+ cars usually empty at stated time and a stones throw away from the Vue)

Netto/Iceland car park Kirkstall Road
Usualy empty around stated times, right next door (Literally 100m away) from the Vue and easy access

Elland Road
The street/car park at the side of Elland Road football ground

All three are large, easily accessable and not a million miles from the Vue itself and shouldnt cause too much of a problem for a large convoy such as this!

I would have thought smaller groups would be good. I'm up for anything coming in from the North or from York. Rich? Can I join up with whatever you do from the York end?

If there's any sort of meet up at Elland road i can join the convoy (and manage to look completely out of place) there. Or will just head straight over to the cinema

Rich, I know where SC lane is but which is the best way to get on it coming from York. Is it best to come through Taddy or off the roundabout at the A1/A64 intersection?
