Yep few TVRs in ABZ, I think a couple of Cerbs, Griffs, Chims and the odd Tuscan, the club is quite active, it use to be run by Stewart Milne (Not the builder !!!) but from Finneys the jewellers. A couple of Lotus Esprits and more Elises than you can shake a stick at which I must admit I am quite tempted by.

Dram what sort of TVR are you after ?

Hamish..
Aberdeen has its fair share of TVRs and other intresting marques
Yes have met Stewart and driven his very attractive red Vixen .
Been looking for a 'decent' M Series for about 9 months . Plenty of average stuff about . If you hear of anything give me a call...thanks.

In answer to the original post I'm a Scot.

I live in rural Staffordshire, near Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

From Glasgow (ex Glasgow School of Art) been in England for over 20 years and the natives have always been friendly.

Oh well, not far to go home.

Dram,
M's are quite rare, seen a couple in Aberdeen, actually 1 x M and 1 x 3000S, very nice. I use to be part of the ABZ TVR group when I had the Griff, great bunch very friendly, did not get too involved when I had the Cerb due to work. Now back to a Lotus, 3rd one and great for the roads up here, I will keep my eyes open for any Ms

Hamish

Banchory area - black Ultima GTR would be the most noticable vehicle in the family fleet.

Hamish, were you one of the Lotus boys in convoy near Kincraig Saturday lunchtime by any chance?

Spotted 3 X Elises heading north.

Quite likely the Elises were part of the Scottish Elises gaggle en route to the far north for a weekend of singletrack, brake dust, barbequeues and beer . . . some cars did >1000 miles + a 4 hour track session between saturday morning and monday night . . . we started running out of time on the backroads and had to put in some miles on the A9 to get to Inverness and far beyond . . .

Stunning weekend of automotive madness . . .

Unfortunately not, that did sound a fantastic day or two. Me well I was Jeeping it with Finacee and Labrador up in Ullapool. Now that Inverness to Ullapool road is some drive, I intend to head up there in a couple of weeks in the Lotus

Afternoon boys and girls,

Only a few weeks until my "coming home" trip. I'm originally from Elderslie near Paisley.

I'm bringing the Elise to Scotland for a bit of a hoon, but with the underlying objective to persuade my (english) husband that it's about time we moved to God's country.

Not convinced that the quality of life in England is any good compared to Scotland. I can't wait - I hope the weather's nice or my job will be twice as hard.
