Police don't put private registartions onto their vehicles - more than likely it is a Fire Chief's vehicle - many of them have hidden , or roof mounted, blue lights that they can use on duty when major incidents occur. These are their own vehicles.

Silver unmarked 1 series on M74 a few days ago.

A couple from tonight, first of all a silver Volvo Estate in Ballater St Glasgow


and then further along on the M74 the unmarked Audi A4 with the non Scottish registration - strange that sitting on the hard shoulder they only had a red Police sign in back window. That won't protect them much, why not flashing strobes like other unmarked cars have?

Silver Vauxhall Astra 5 door SF61 didn't get the last three digits pulling someone just at the Braehead off slip of the M8 about 1pm. Would it be worth getting a list going of the cars spotted rather, which people would just add to, kinda like the list for the curry nights? You can then have the list on your phone or printed off for a quick look.
