Are any of you chaps going to George Square to see the start of the Monte Carlo next weekend?

Aye, was planning on going. Might be away for an anniversary with the woman but trying to delay till the Sat night so i can come.

What's the timings etc?

Looks like most of it will kick off around 1pm on the 26th at the People's Palace; not George Square.

I'm hoping I can get Ellis for the weekend. We went last time and he loved it!

I think the cars will be on display in Buchanan street all day before going over to the People's palace for the start.

Thinking of going, as last year's one was good at Clydebank.

Just hope it's warmer than last year though. I was frozen watching the cars setting off.

It's a tiny venue but a fun place.

I wouldn't go as far as a megastar I still rank Peter Brock, Jim Richards, Mark Scaife, Greig Murphy and my all time fav Larry Perkins higher in the megastar ranks.
