Nina,

When was that? I can't see it in my inbox.

Could be wrong though.

Cheers,

Eeek... HE tested it using non blind copy, then blind copied you all - as he does ... and I suspect voting buttons plus blind copy don't work ... I just started to send to small batches and realise I've lost the voting buttons... woe is me!! Back to the drawing board!!

An email on the subject of the SSHC Knockhill event has just been sent to all Scottish championship registered competitors, asking for a 'vote' as to whether they would be likely to attend an event run by a Scottish club with a reputation for organising good events (Good news) if the entry fee were to be in excess of £100 (Bad news).

Anyone not registered but wishing to express an opinion please feel free to PM either myself or G4Addicted.
Entry fee only accounts for a small proportion of the costs for competing at an event so a small hike is a no brainer if the event is run well/properly. I'll be there, I certainly won't if WCC have anything to do with it.

There is a lot of chat on the link that Eric has posted regarding blame, the organisers seem to place that fairly and squarely at the door of the BSC competitors.
IMHO that was nothing more than one of the symptoms of a poorly run event. They only did what they were allowed to do.
For 3 years on the trot KH has been a debacle. The last two the event itself has been less than satisfactory, the year before, imfamously, Wigton CC posted their entry regs/entry forms in a manner that was most 'irregular'. I'd considered many other words there but they were all very unpleasant, which reflects how I still feel about that particular farce !!
