Ola folks,

I'm looking to get a rear number plate made up for the ZT.

I admit to being a bit of a tumshy and not realising that web based companies still need original documents and won't accept copies, so after I'd paid for one I then bottled it sending the docs away... I'm a bit paranoid about sending my license or passport away!

So, does anyone know where I can get a plate made up locally (around the Lanarkshire or Glasgow area) that fits the ZT/75 aperture, but has the Euro badge running the full length? Like this...

Number plate Centre, Dumbarton Road on the roundabout below the expressway

There is also a place local to me here in Kirkintilloch, but alas can't remember it's name. Will find out

Thanks for the replies everyone, very much appreciated smile

I'll give the Numberplate Centre a try first, I forgot that place was there, just next to the home brew shop if memory serves me right?!

If I have no luck in finding the style I'm after I'll use Demon Plates. I wonder why one company won't accept emails or copies but another will? Handy to know that Demon Plates do though smile

The Halfrauds in Aberdeen I tried don't do the Euro/GB badge on the 75/ZT style plate BTW, maybe they just carry a lower range of stock?

I returned a while ago from getting the plates made up at The Number Plate Centre on Dumbarton Road. They were all wrapped up in plastic and bagged up when I left and didn't feel the need to check them in the shop.

The front plate is ok, that was printed off then laminated onto the plastic and looks fine.

The rear plate had to be made up by hand and is pretty shoddy. Numbers don't line up, the euro badge is wonky, loads of bubbles and there's a fair sized nick out the yellow backing.

I know it's just a number plate and it shouldn't matter, but I wouldn't recommend this place for hand made plates.
