BiB Pick Up

Just heard of a black pick up truck, maybe Toyota / Mitsubishi type, on the Lower Deeside Road with Blue Flashing lights on the dash at windscreen corners, Blues on the rear cab roll bar thingie and 2 tones in operation. Anyone shed some light on what this may be ? Balmoral / Birkhall close protection vehicle, or is this the latest thing in Cheuchter Enforcement?
