OZ wheels - TVR Centres

Posted yesterday first class, hope it arrives OK, I kinda wrapped it in a piece of note paper to protect the edges and hope that some toerag doesn't mistake it for a ......er.....wedge (i.e.bundle of tenners)
Look forward to the window stickers, what do they say
"Yeah, I know it sounds bloody fantastic" or
" Comes as standard" or even
"They all do this Sir"
"Turn ya music down, ya spoiling my noise"
Regards

Got it in the post today. Thanks Steve.
Is this the original item as supplied by TVR or is it one that has been reproduced???.
I only mention as the screenprinting is a little 'iffy'.
On the subject of window stickers, I have had two produced.
Both have the TVRWEDGEPAGES blue logo of the ass end of a 400 as per the site and one says TVR Wedge Pages (logo) and the other says 'My other car is a BIG BAD WEDGE!'.
I am going to put them out in sets of two. One for the toy and one for the normal boring everyday transport (in my case an Escort).
I have had them produced on special static cling vinyl made specifically for the job ie. no nasty adhesive. I did not want to get 'adhesive wrecked my window, where there is a blame there is a claim ' type issues!!
Only trouble is they won't stick to the plastic windows only to clean glass - should not be an issue though.
Both look brilliant in my humble (unbiased) opinion.
Will be on the shop section soon.

I had new wheel centres made last year. there is a previous thread about them.
I had mine CNC milled out of a piece of black perspex (I have a few odd ones left)Then, stuck them onto the centre's using silicone sealant.
excellent buisness idea, but limited market, and high startup custs (£5000 for CNC milling machine)

If its just the black sticker then my calibrated home base bit of string says 49mm....ish. Can't find me calipers.
Is the calibration Certificate available? Is it traceable back to national standards UKAS or NPL?
and what are your limits of uncertainty?
Sorry its me job!

Calibrated by a firm called "itsinthebackofthedrawernexttothecatwormingtablets". Wellknown firm that also deals in lost biro's and selotape and out of date throat lozenges covered in fluff.

Mike.
Mine are as you state 89mm, on 450SE, I know Steves pattern is correct one for mine as I gave him TVR pt No and forgot to order mine.
Seems there are two sizes, makes your job nice and easy.
As before I'll have four 89mm ones when ready.
