Hi
I was just in the process of bleeding my newly refurbed 4 pots and vented discs when i noticed the greenstuff pads over hang the outside diameter of the discs by about 5mm? Is this normal, it looks like the caliper should be nearer the hub or have I bought the wrong sized discs?

If you have the Granada disk then I think this is the way it is...not ideal but I guess some will argue that the pad will just break up before it causes a problem. Cheers Steve

Thanks for that, having bled the brakes several times the pedal travel seems to be longer before it firms up, is this to normal with the princess calipers?

Thanks for your replies I was starting to think I had wasted lots of time and money !
Did I read somewhere that the push rod in the master cylinder can be adjusted to reduce the travel ?

It can be adjusted but be careful not over do it as you will end up with the brakes binding. Cheers Steve
