Steering rack

Hi guys. Isn't it always the way as soon as I put the car up for sale she bites back. I need to replace the rack or at least have some seals replaced. Can someone please confirm the origin. I know it's a ford part and believe its cortina mk5 is that right. Need to make sure I'm looking for the right part!!

Certainly is... though you may have to swap the track rods over.

Depends whether it has power steering or not. The supra rack fitted to mine (power) still uses the ford rod ends.

Thanks I checked again and it has a ford stamp on it Looking at the comment one thing I didn't think of was the track rod ends. These must. E granny mk 2 then like the hub ???
