Hi
Adam is sorting it out as I write, well I hope he is, I asked him about a week ago to finalise things!
We always leave it for three months before anouncing the final totals, to give any late bills etc time to get to us!
Thanks again for all your support for the charitys!
Also an update on the trophy base, I am sorting a stainless base and have also sorted the funding for it! When it arrives I will get it and the trophy photoed by "Mr Sheen" for you all to see!
Andy

We have the amount, just checking with Andy and I can post it up very soon, by tomorrow at the latest.
That cactus needs watering! ;^)
Sorry for the delay everyone, I have a lot on at the moment with work and other stuff that I can't mention right now but as it's TVR-related will fill you in in due course!

Right so, we have the totals. Raised on the day and after taking any profit from the Banquet, we have the grand total of £461.12. Well done to you all who contributed, bought raffle tickets, bought stuff off the Autojumble (25% went to the cause remember), bought teas and coffees (once again no charge from the Hotel) etc etc.
Then we have a generous top-up from Andy Tank of £250 - as he puts it "the least I can pay for them helping to save my life!". I must also mention Hexham Horseless Carriages for their kind sponsorship, and Zig for raising an impressive £120 through the sales of the calendars - thanks Mark! As well as several smaller donations that (I believe) have been thanked already.
So if my maths is correct that makes a grand total of £711.12, to be split between HfH and the Air Ambulance.
For those interested in having a go at BBWF2013, there is a balance of £250.00 left in the account as a float for next year (this compares with a balance of 203.85 left after BBWF2011). This float allows the next organisers to pay deposits etc up front when booking the catering. Of course if BBWF is dissolved then the whole amount goes to charity.
Any questions please PM me and I'll summarise to the forum.
