Tunnel Run Pics

Hi BossCerbera, i'd personally love to join one of the london runs, when i have my throttle bodies fitted i'll be down like a shot!

With regards to south wales, we're not blessed with great tunnels. The one we used was n Cardiff Bay, its only a couple hundred yards long and because of its location, its predominantly busy during day (so a night run is definately in order ). It doesn't look like we've got any photos of the tunnel, but we're working on editing our own video together which will give you a bit of an idea.

How are you getting on with the Chim F1fix? Mine's into the garage tomorrow for a small radiator leak, very very tempted to get the straight through pipes sorted.....

If it's also got a 3.2 in the front and 'M' on the back then Yeah!

Looks like a mini PH recce run is forming!
I wouldn't mind marking up the final route on a map so I know where we're all heading on the 18th Feb. Might be useful to hand out on the day (or post up) seeing as a couple of people got lost on the last one?

ACE i love it ! get the pipes done !!! i had a guy come into work today from chips away . hes going to get rid of the chips on the car . for 20 quid . just make it look nicer. it wont be as good as a respray . but will look better .i think mine had had a new rad on it b4 i bought it . it looks new ! they are so easy to work on. oh and happy birthday !

Edited to add...mine had a very small weep from the rad for a while - used to monitor it closely but it never got worse and temp. was always fine.

Its getting a new one fitted as we speak, probably going to get the pipes done at pro-speed, looking forward to a bit of extra noise to wake the neighbours up in the morning!

PS. Can you remind me where you got yours done, i think you mentioned somewhere in Newport that only cost 50 quid?

It was done at "welsh coast customs" in Newport 01633 841 484, near the transporter bridge. I did call longlife before wcc, and they wanted £100.
Will let you know what it looks like when the chips are done. well you can see for yourself soon im sure . his number anyway is chips away 07754125968. his name is matthew ! lucky sod !

Brilliant, what was their solution to increase the volume? I know there are a few different methods...
