RAF Marham Driving Days 11 & 12th October 2008
Discussion
OK A few "Points" and "Reminders"
There is still time to get details to me if you want to participate on either Sat or Sun or both - There is a reasonable number of spaces avaliable on both days although Sunday (as always) will be first to fill up and sat will probably never be fully subscribed
First - post is rubbish round my way
Second - Just over two weeks to go till deadline day
For those of you that I have details for but no cheques my advice is get it written and get it sent. If I have your details then you have the address to send it toif you've lost it then message me or email me and I'll confirm the details again.
My work I will consider done bar any last min vehicle changes on the 13th September so instead of co-ordinating I'll be in the garage prepping my Monza for the event.
No cheque = your details are not passed onto RAF Marham for checking process
Bottom line attendance will be refused if you turn up on the day
So over to you guys and gals

1st post on page one edited regarding allocation
Pistonheads have been allocated60 Now 40 places for Saturday and 60 Now 50 places for Sunday.
Note - 20 places for Saturday and 10 places for Sunday returned to RAF Marham for issue on other Forums where they were oversubscribed and asking for more and we aren't fully subscribed
I hope people understand that my reasoning is simple - This event raises money for charity so there is no way I am prepared to hang on to allocated spaces when other forums have more demand than their allocated spaces so can fill them easily.

OK competition time
Who is Bump 'n' Grind
I know he's attending Sunday cos I have a cheque thats says sunday on the back
As long as he's on the list I'm happy but I'd like to mark him up as paid if possible![biggrin](/inc/images/biggrin.gif)
Ignore me - worked it out now - had to go through my email folder message by message

so there is still space available , just wondered why there was spaces on saturdays list between some of the names
Hi AndyStill spaces on both days
Reason for spaces on Sat is beacuse where people are doing both days I've allocated them the same number across both days - more people do Sun than Sat so it means some spaces between the names on Sat - these will either fill up with Sat only drivers or stay empty
Example first person to get all her details to me and a cheque was Hannah Davies - she is doing both days so her number for both days will be PH01 (if she wants to get some stickers made up for the car/window rather than the "taped on A4 sheet" thats normally issued she can

Hi all
Just popped in to say I am looking forward to the Saturday visit. I will be with MGMark's Spridget contingent, so no need to worry B'stard Child about not being booked in!
When I noticed the good news about the SUL at Downham Market (ish!) I thought I would also advise those from out of local area there is SUL in Swaffham at the Waitrose Supermarket Pumps (Come off the A47 for Swaffham) just on the way into the town and also there is the BP a little further east of the town on the A47 if you like BP Ultimate.
How do I know? Here in Brum?
Easy, just returned from a leisurely week listening to Tornados (and watching) near Wareham.
cheers lads and ladies, see ya on the day.
Bill

I think I'm up to date with everything FLW!!!
If you aren't on the list and you think you should be - shout
If you aren't showing in bold and you've sent a cheque ages ago then again - shout
If you are thinking about going - make your mind up and send me details - I'd rather not have a last min rush
I guess thats it
