SnOasis in Ipswich - has work started??

Does anyone know if work has started on this?
It all seems to have gone very very quiet!!

I believe the last planning hitch was resolved recently and the consortium were planning to proceed at the earliest opportunity.

Dear All,

I've just had a reply from Snoasis development.
It is still all on for it to be built.
Planning permission was granted in Nov 08 - however, the delay is purely down to "reserve matters" in the in planning permission.
This is about to be sorted - as soon as it is the diggers will be in!

Apart from the largest indoor real snow ski run in the world - they are also going to have a 100m bobsleigh run.

Wow that sounds fantastic, loving the bobsleigh run. It's about time we had more attractions in this area.
