Spotted a PHers Chimaera on the run from a State Trooper at Brands Hatch on Saturday, anyone ?

i saw that state trooper as i came under the bridges at the bottom of bluebell hill recently, possibly last saturday.

Had a custom plate but didn't get the chance to memorise it.
