I'm up for it (and the meeting) this month - just spoke to Steve (Hussman) and he's up for it too...
All being well we will get to the pub around 8.00/8.15
Doubtful that the 308 will come out to play but if you are a fan of Rover 416GSi's you're in for a treat.

Mattt, you really are in for a treat.Wood 'effect' trim is a more accurate description.
To really whet your appetite it has the optional automatic gearbox.
The car is a gleaming example of fine British Workmanship and was actually stolen 18 months ago (subsequently recovered on route to Harwich). I have my suspicions that it was stolen to order. I challenge anybody to find fault with the vehicle, in the last Rover Owners Club Concours (August 2007) it scored 99.6 out of 100. Only stone chips INSIDE the wheels arches prevented me from getting 100.
