Corvette/Mustang hire in LA

my friend Chriis is having his honeymoon driving around the US and looking for a Stang or a Vette to hire starting in LA, anybody know anywhere good to hire from.

You can rent either from Hertz and Avis.
The Mustang would normally be the 6 cylinder and can be hard or soft top.
Very little space in a soft top boot though. Cant get a hard shell case in there.

The Corvette and a higher spec V8 Mustang such as a Shelbey are in the Fun / Prestige range.
Not sure about the others such as Budget etc.
And a note for my Boss if your reading, no I dont hire the Prestige cars.

Budget LAX have the 09 Vette as well as stangs in both 'vert and coupe form.
They also have a rather nice line of 350z soft tops, one of which now has 6,000 miles more on it than it had this time 6 weeks ago!!

I had a Mustang from Hertz last summer and it was crap. Asthmatic V6 and handled a like a sofa.

Get a Corvette and damn the expense....

I'd be doing that myself while I'm over in America if I could afford it!

The V6 Mustang is gash. Hertz is probably you're best bet for anything decent.
