me me me, however I might need a lift if I can't get my car sorted out as it need a few things fixing before another spirited run.

I think it might be a let down after after experiencing a 535d (580Nm @1750rpm yikes) all weekend.

Depressing isn't it? frown

It feels seriously quick when you whack your foot down from a standstill but in gear it doesn't feel all that quick until you look at how fast you are going. hehe

Very jealous of your long weekend in the 535d I have to say!

Na, it's a bloody amazing car and should be for the amount it costs yikes, I'm just pleased to have had a go. bow

I think some of my friends and family may argue with this bit Rob, there's been more than a few expletives about that car in the last few days rofl

I actually found it was the opposite, I don't think it's much if any faster than my car from a standing start (and the 0-60 time would seem to agree) and it seems to have serious traction issues, however if it's in manual and in 2,3,4 (probably 1,5,6 too) and you accelerate hard it's mind boggling how fast it is. I agree it's very smooth though.

Yeah its much smoother than mine which is why I think it feels slower (when I know its not!), mine is a little all or nothing to be honest.

Now all we need to do is badger Nigel for a ride in his 135i when it arrives! thumbup

Eta - Off the line it doesn't feel quicker than mine but if you manage a pull away with no wheelspin its just ridiculous!

Awesome and very deceptive car.

Bad wind again David? hehe

Anyway, I am going to be sensible for a change (this doesn't happen very often). With the cold weather at the moment we should all take a little more care BUT be sure to note that I am not saying that we are careless to begin with but I have seen a few cars caught out at <15mph on public roads over the last few days in this weather.

Anyway, I'm excited about this one but unfortunately my tyres still haven't arrived. frown
