SAS 2007 Schedule

Dear All,
Following on from the overwhelming success of the SAS Christmas bash that we had recently, the SAS committee (those who turned up at the pub tonight) have provisionally agreed the following schedule.
I should stress that dates may change depending on external factors - PistonFest, BT&P, etc, etc, and we'll update this accordingly.
I know I speak on behalf of the whole committee (myself, RS71, Beemer Nige and Trivia) when I say that we were extremely impressed at the turnout of SAS members. Taking members locations into account, we've decided to spread the SAS far and wide to ensure that everyone has a 'local' event. We feel this is only fair to everyone.
You will see we have alternate months between the SAS base at the Royal Oak Sunningdale (beer night only) and different locations (beer and munchies).
Please note, ALL events are on Thursday nights.
So provisional schedule as follows:
January 20th: The Bee, Windlesham: Beers only
February 22nd: Maidenhead: Meet at the Harvester (ex-Dumbell) Pub, eat at the Blue River Cafe
March 22nd: Royal Oak, Sunningdale: Beers only
April 26th: Old Windsor: Meet at the Wheatsheaf, eat at Puntos
May 24th: Royal Oak, Sunningdale: Beers only
June 28th: Camberley/Blackwater: Meet and eat at the Ely
July 26th: Royal Oak, Sunningdale: Beers only
August 23rd: Bracknellish/North Ascotish: location TBC (volunteer needed to recce)
September 27th: Royal Oak, Sunningdale: Beers only
October 25th: Guildford: as per Guildford Curry nights (info needed)
November 22nd: Royal Oak, Sunningdale: Beers only
December 6th: Chobham: Meet at the 4 Horseshoes, eat at the O&E (repeat of SAS Christmas bash)
Discuss.

Neil,
There's no 22nd meet - it's now migrated into a St. Patricks Night bash (albeit a day in advance on the 16th) - which I [ironically being Irish] won't be able to attend as it's too late for me
If you go to the 1st post on page 1 of this thread it has the link to the thread for what's happening that night, etc .....

Bugger. I was just about to persuade the wife about the 22nd. Don't suppose anyone fancies meeting up anyway?

Can do if its local and others attend
Fear not! I wasn't suggesting an intimate blind date!

Bugger. Wife already booked Thursday out, so I'm stuck with the small ones anyway.
See SAS April! Wifes welcome! ( apart from mine )
It's not a case of my avoiding bringing the wife, but the poor girl can't drive anymore due to eye problems, so spending the evening with people united by a common interest in all things automotive rather rubs salt in the wound... Still not sure why she agreed to Pistonfest!
