ETA links to something other than BMW's
Something different
Another something different
Oh look, it's not a BMW
Blue ones are always the quickest
Strangely cheap
Could do worse
There's an endless list of stuff out there that isn't a BMW!!!

Nigel, the force is weak in this one I think you might need to sort him out.I was never really a fan (other than always liking the old e39 M5, 850CSi and probably a few others) however after driving a few of them on an airfield and since driving Nigel's 330, 540, 630, 130 (my favorite I think) and 535d and having spent the weekend in John's M5 it all makes sense.
They are great to drive, certainly there are non of the above I wouldn't be happy driving every day and most were great fun too.

If that's your idea of shear beauty I'm concerned even more than I was before, the e-type you posted or indeed this:
are much closer to my idea of beauty (and both are likely to work better).
Finally.. Something that's not a BMW.!!! We have a winner!are much closer to my idea of beauty (and both are likely to work better).
Mind you... If you went for something like...This then I could forgive you for owning a BMW
Shame that you don't think that Alfa is nice.
