Top route Pete! clap Thanks for doing the organising.

Great to meet a few more locals. I spent most of the morning following the 2 Tuscans which both looked and sounded superb.
And I think i've persuaded Simon to get a Chim after taking him for a spin.... shout Do it!

Yeah my wife thinks it's 'a sign' that I shouldn't be attending hoons. I see some last minute mini-hoons coming up smile

A great morning out - thanks Pete. I enjoyed following you through the twisties - I put my inability to keep up down to your co-driver with pace notes and stuff...biggrin And thanks Dave for the spin in the Chim - love the sound now just got to work out how to get create a V8 turbo powered Subaru estate with straight through exhausts!

Great shame I lost you guys at the A3 / B3006 roundabout.

Without a TomTom, I was stuffed.

Next Time.

Thanks for organising the run Pete. Enjoyed the run south, just got back, Kwik Kit Chichester were most excellent, saved £30 by paying online:

The drive past (some random cars that went past whilst I was parked, probably on their way to Goodwood or something..):

Hey guys great run and thankyou to the organiser. Not what I was expecting but it turned out to be ten times better. I must admit I did feel a bit of a tool when I first arrived in my drifted up Nissan Silvia complete with floppy fibreglass (no offence to the TVR owners ;-)) bumpers, and I wasn't sure how it was going to cope with the twisties but it went very well and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Well worth the £50 worth of V-max and some nice metal too. I especially loved the Carltons.

I don't know how it happened but just after the half way point the car decided to start taking some serious sideway attitude on right handers. When I stopped the tire was clearly mullered and completely flat. 6 miles at 20 mph, an hours wait in Chichester for Kwik Fit to open and then all was well. Payback from the Clio for not driving it since the last dear killing hoon perhaps, I've promised to make more use of it with a few mini hoons in between the big uns. Shame to miss the run back and brekkie but I was glad to have made the first bit after getting up at 6.40am, Thanks Nath for letting me tuck in behind Pete smile

Now I know what happened

Maybe picked up something when we parked up just before.

At least no car damage done or to yourself.

Glad you all enjoyed it - thankfully my 'co-driver' stopped shutting her eyes after the first few miles and allowed me to pick up the pace after the regroup stop smile

Steve - sorry to hear about the tyre, i was wondering where you had disappeared off to.

Next one? I think we'll head north/west next time. Perhaps towards the end of October?

Sounds good. smile

I was going to make a suprise appearance for the hoon just gone but unfortunately our neighbours were away for the weekend and as a result their teenage daughter had a party that ran from 5pm - 3am so I didn't get much sleep... irked

Thanks for sending me the .itn though. thumbup
