Keep it to 12.15, realised I can of course pick her up early so will grab her at 1130 and whizz her over to Twyford and will be back for then - annoying now we are not doing the Novello, about to drive past the fker... twice!

Well if we try to keep it nearer Maidenhead for Master Benjamin then, we could do the Heston's Hinds Head in Bray maybe, not the full sit down but think they have a decent bar menu, or if it's nice the Blue River Cafe thing at that Riviera Hotel was ok last time I went, sit out on the deck and take in the River.

Got a feeling the Hinds Head bar menu is actually pretty reasonable but maybe prudent I do some scopage first and we can put it on the list for a future luncheon - in the meantime Holyport maybe better than Pinkneys Green for those of you coming from the South so shall we do this Belgian place, although is it the Belgian Arms rather than Monk? What time suits, 1ish?

Right, lunch is deffo required tomorrow for me. Who's in?

Quite fancy that Belgian Arms again but happy to go pretty much anywhere, just as long as they sell something that is likely to contribute to clogging up my arteries.

Well as it happens I did find someone to join me as had lunch with my son..................ok so the Small Injuries unit at St Marks hospital wasn't my first choice, head/tree incident at school and the tree won.

In hindsight it was just as well no-one was free for lunch hehe

He's fine, must be as he even wanted to go back to school after, although I think it was to show off his now mekon like head to his mates more than anything educational. I passed on most things that were attempts at savoury as all looked very suspect, we instead had a proper man's lunch of crisps, chocolate and fizzy pop biggrin

Happy with that if it suits others, there is also another pub in Paley St but can't remember the name right now.

I can do 12ish if that helps Ben, and can easily in fact get there before then to order up.
Even have their bar menu online so you can choose now hehe
