I guess we do exactly as we did last time - meeting at the Runnymede hotel - as it's a good central spot for about 40 of us.

I've dug out last years thread: http://www.petrolheads.co.uk/gassing/topic.asp?h=0... , but I suspect the reason for the long queues for the breakfast was down to the fact we left the hotel the same time as everyone else was arriving at the event!

So I guess we leave earlier this year - 7:30? (how long did it take us last time?)
