Dealer - James Carrington Ltd

I'm contemplating purchasing a car from James Carrington Ltd based near Dorking in Surrey. It seems to be a one man dealer from his own house and the proprietor appears a pleasant and knowledgable chap. However, the business is not registered with the Motor Industry Federation and I can't find anything else on it.

Just wondering if anyone else might have had experience of this dealer?
