Ginetta G4 engine options

Apart from the 1 litre, 1300 Ford and Lotus Twincam, does anyone have documentary evidence of any G4 /G4R running with anything else, such as BDA or FVA? Would have to be a period motor, to allow it to be run in classic sportscar classes. A "period Modification" would be acceptable
