Please add your name to the list if you have a seat available for the London Thunder Parade.

Kirsty, how should the seat donors identify themselves in the field and how are the TVR workers to be embedded with their 'units' once they arrive in London? Could be a logistical nightmare trying to find us amongst 250 other TVR's or do you intend to have a pre-arranged muster zone?

Good question,
can i suggest that those with spare seats bring a yellow "post it note, and stick it on to the windscreen. The workers can then walk along the line of cars, present themselves, and "book" their seat?, and the post it is then removed.

Other ideas welcome...

Simple methods are the best. Also I would suggest giving each worker a Ticket of a certain colour to easily identify them when it comes to getting into the cars and being served with food and drink. Worked well in Blackpool. I could hand out the workers tickets at Watford Gap.

Thank ntel & e2djh - sounds like a plan. I'm not sure the coaches are stopping at all the services on route but we could sort tickets out with them once they are there.

I see Paul's attending Fubar. Do you know if he's attending in the Tamora, or with the truck to pick you up?

David, unfortunately I will have a passenger. One point though, I don't know if it's sorted but Horseguards would be a good muster area. (the big gravel area behind Admiralty Arch off the Mall) where the London Marathon runners meet after the race. It may be possible to use it. scratchchin Rich...
