What route are er going to take? The A10, then we could maybe turn off down a little country short cut to duxford. There might be a nice photo opprtunity if the convoy is big enough!

I reckon the A10 has got to be the better option. The A1 is ok for cruising but gets a bit dull after a while.

Unless anyone has a real preference for the A1 let's do the A10 route up by Royston etc.

I'll bring along a digital camera. Anyone wanting pics - let me know and I'll take some extras.

Is there anyone out there with a digital camcorder who can record us some audio too?

Not gonna be in your Convoy but I've got mine all set up and ready to go for Duxford. Particularly want to get sound of the Rollcentre R (If it's there) and a SEAC or two

will join the convoy in a blue chim 500 plus digi camcorder. i feel a hollywood style cross er.... cambridgeshire road movie coming on. That leaves 8 days to grow that Burt Reynolds 'tache (and a lot of chest hair come to think of it....)

Why don't we all meet up with the convoy that's leaving the Birchanger services - at the Stansted roundabout - it's on our route?! They're trying to use the services as a meeting point for a few groups to go down together

They're meeting there at 10.15 for a 10.30 departure - see linking up for a big tiv convoy in gassing.

any comments - for or against!

Bit of a long shot this....but is anyone going to South Mimms in a decatted Cerbera with standard pipes? I'm considering it and would like to hear one in real life.

We could still meet at 9-9.30 at south mimms up the a10 and across to birchanger services?? Any ideas? I dont mind at all, the more the merrier!!!

Need to know now as once i leave work 5.30 i wont be online again to check!!

That sounds good enough to me! We'll all meet up at South Mimms in the morning at 9:00, for a 9:30 departure then?
