For those of you who have an interest in real ales, I have seven on at anyone time plus the usual draught lagers and ciders. A typical Sunday roast would consist of a choice of quality meats, roast poatoes, cheesey mashed potato, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, yorkshire pudding all served with onion gravy. If the weather is cold I shall make sure our three open log fires are well and truly up and running, ensuring a warm welcome to the Oak.

I am sold on the idea

How many people are you expecting, do you want us to forward names? So you know how much you need.

David,
No idea at this stage!! What I do know is that the pub will be full by 1.00(as usual) so would suggest you guys arrive here as near as possible to 12. At a squeeze I can probably cater for 70 cars in the car park, here,s hoping all TVR,S.

I cycle past the Royal Oak every Sunday - being a sad I'm about to go out in the rain shortly - and am always hoping to see a TVR or two in the car park there. I look forward to the 8th, though I might have to join you all in my Chim

Just come back from the cycle. Stopped raining before I went out and it looks like it's about to piss down - never happened to me like that before I bought the TVR

Pubman, were you an Air Traffic Contoller in a previous life? It'll be a squeeze for 70 cars, or do you pack em, rack em and stack em I'd better park mine up the night before by the sounds of it

With discipline 70 cars well possible, would you like to be the one to organise the parking??
