hehe

The Quattro does sound nice (for what it is - a cheap banger !), but the Cerb has just had new coil pack, battery & just about to go out & check the throttle pots - it WILL be going to Goodwood on Friday ! driving

TC - our car is not 100% either..... frown

Having replaced coil & battery (hoping to sort mis-fire) still got it. Plugged the laptop in & it's massivly overfueling between 2&3000rpm (after a reset)....

So we might arrive a little flustered, but producing some monsterous flames !

I'll be there on the Friday in my T350, though getting there from Herts I have no intention of being on the M25 between 7-9 so I'll not be doing the convoy thing. At least if it's raining that will wash off all the flies from the last few days.

Not sure where we are meeting (Fubar?), but "The Star Inn" in the middle of Petworth is : GU28 0AH

Weather isn't looking too bad! BBC says dry after 9am, Met office says dry until lunch & then a quick shower..... biggrin

There is a decent car park just south of centre, if you follow through the town one way system you will see it just before you go to leave the town. If there are going to be a few cars then this is probably best as the parking in the town square part itself is usually all gone bar one or two spots, so no good for a group meet.

Googley here

Have arranged to drop the kids at 0745 so a reasonable chance of me making Petworth if traffic is clearish... won't be in the Cerb as previously mentioned, just look out for the Subaru Legacy, likely replete with glowing brakes.

As long as the forecast thunderstorms don't occur between 3 and 6 am (continental time) when I'm on my way to Calais, I'll be happy. smile
