wavey You know how it is Kirsty. You get the bit between your teeth and just can't let go. Only doing bits and pieces in the background this time though. Looking forward to meeting you on Sunday.

BTW, are you actually chained to that computer of yours

Just made my donation , like the idea of any surplus funds going towards Xmas vouchers for the workers & their families. maybe this would make things a bit brighter for them.

My partner wants to make a large donation from her company, but I must admit that if the surplus funds don't go to the workforce themselves (ie if the surplus goes to a charity) then she is a little reluctant to do so. We both want to ensure that the workforce benefits, not others.

So has a decision now been made on what happens to the surplus?

No - fortunately hubby made the chain that fastens me to the sink long enough to reach the pc. I think he is now regretting this and is contemplating shortening the chain hehe

thumbup Fantastic effort. Well done clap
If you wish to make a donation towards the cost of the workers' transport from Blckpool, and refreshments for them at the ACE, please try to find time to do this before the weekend, as this will help us plan the budget for them.

Cheers

Just added my bit. Maybe if we keep going after the 26th and have a decent surplus it could pay for an Xmas party for the workers and their families, from us the owners?

Done.
Would have loved to come, if just to hear it! But lots of commitments sadly make it impossible to fly over and participate.
So this was the least i could do.
This whole thing really shows that TVR-ownership is about passion!
Great effort uys and girls! Keep it up!

Cheers Jens

P.S. Will probably hear you even in Munich!

That was my thought too, either that or gift vouchers to help with Xmas what ever the workers prefer, but my thought is it should definitely goo to the workers, not a charity! I am doing this for the workers and I am sure there are many more that feel the same.

Should be a top day well done everybody but lets try to raise a lot more money thumbup
