What I saw at Plasticmans workshop today

It's interesting... I remember the first times that Dave's creations were talked about on these forums and the vast majority of posts used words like abomination, butcher, fugly, and plenty of smilies! Either the purists have left the room or you must be getting better at this frankenstein business Dave

Can I just say, as interesting a project as this is... is this all just because Sags don't have sunroofs? Seems a bit OTT for that reason, surely someone has more money than sense...
I think you will be suprised how much this actually costs. Blown2CV said:

OK so this stuff relies on getting a donor car for some of the panels... if it is £7k for that, I would struggle to see this work being shy of £10k then. I know this requires a great deal of skill... I just think £10k is a lot for a sunroof. I can't see a huge amount of difference in the car from a std Sag. I realise there are prob many differences however, it just doesn't look different to me, and I am not a TVR outsider.

Not sure I understand your point. A standard Sag is £35K or more.
This is sub £20K.
But if it dont float your boat then thats fine.
