Just been reading the new Sprint, please tell me that the picture on page 14 has just been posed for the camera. If that is where the pod's and ecu's are assembled no wonder thay fail, she has no anti static wrist strap and cards left unprotected on a bench (which also has no anti static precautions)

If you look at the bench behind her there's a soldering iron, so I don't thinks so looks like I will do my own pod / ecu repairs myself then (should they be required)
did you also notice:

Tracey leads a team of 6.
3 electronics technicians
2 dash builders
3 trim electrics assemblers
