16 Lovely new poly bushes arrived today

Any tips on fitting?

& two shorter purple/blue superflex ones for the top rear i believe

I thought it was 14 for the rear.......

and 8 for the front?

maybe I am confused

But roughly how much do they cost?
My back end needs doing....

Well, I've only done the eight in the front wishbones before on my last Chimaera.

Everything came apart pretty easy although getting the old bushes out was a bit of a pain. I ended up cutting the metal core out with an air hacksaw and then burning the rubber bush out. Whilst out I rubbed down and Hammerited the wishbones.
The first set of bushes (Powerflex in purple) did not fit the mounting bolts, end of, mismade! These were refunded.
I then purchased a set of blue Superflex bushes which just fell in with the grease provided.

Quite a nice job to do.

You don't need them, your car handles well enough.

They are polywotsit and better than std rubber bushes. The Chimaera/Griffith and other wishboned cars get through bushes regularly, these poly ones are super 'ard and improve the chassis responsiveness (Whatever that means).

It will definately make a difference. handling and feedback will improve but ride quality will be harsh.Plus the joints will soon seize up if they are not meticulously cleaned and lubricated(Often).
Same goes for rose jointed dampers.
So no good for the road.

Feels much tighter
