Removal of Dash around Stereo?

Chimaera 400 1998, Dash around stereo is starting to de-laminated, any pointers on removal?

If it's the same as my old '96 Chimaera.

Remove stereo, and then you should be able to see 4 screws holding the dash part in. Undo screws then the dash should come away. The switches for the lights are then held in by a metal plate "glued" to the back of the dash part.

Spooky!

Saturday night, went to turn off my lights and the buttons for the lights collapsed. Fortunately I was able to poke my finger through the hole and turn them back on so I could get home.

Was going to ask the same question today.
