Now I know we've only just come back from a run, but due to popular demand (well....3 of us) I thought I'd better get this up and running.
The pheasant is an o.k. pub with good parking, but the route is bloody superb.
Aiming for the 15th May, meeting at Old Barn Nursery as before at 10.30 for an 11.00 departure. This route takes about 1 hour and 40mins, so we'll stop for a coffee/beer at midday. I'll give out map details on the day, cos there is one junction where we'll get split up.
As always the pub needs to know numbers, so please post early.
Cheers

Derek

Have fun - we will be at Brands Hatch for the CSMA (classic racing) meet that day so no can do this time.

Watch the mobile speed traps in Wiltshire - so far the score is...

Wilshire Constabulary £945.00 (& 16 points) - SE London & NW Kent TVRCC £0.00

That was an expensive convoy!

Thanks for the wise words Nick, but it'll be 69mph all the way (just like last time).

That'll be the one - I suppose the sight of eleven TVR's pulling up next to him with their owners laughing at him didnt help our cause much - he just shot down the road a few miles & got us after we'd had lunch....oh well...back to topic

Derek - hello sir

Put me down as a definite. I shall see if the better half would like to come too.

PS. Does this mean that a new compooter has been purchased?

I'm in... the only caveat is a Le Surrey test run to France that Steve_T, Mrs_T et moi will be doing on one weekend in May.

Get chimaera back from austec on the 12th so i'll be itching to test it out.

Regards,

N

Where exactly is it from and to? I (and my eldest lad) might well come, if it's not too far away.

Woo hoo - just spoke to Austec, who were looking at my coolant leak today. Turns out it took no parts and less than an hour's labour - result

I shall therefore be there without a leaky car (and without the duck quack, Cheeserunners)!

It's a good job a duck's quack doesn't echo otherwise the residents of Petworth would have been after you with their shotguns!

Look forward to meeting your better half, and yes I'm afraid money has had to be re-directed from the Griff fund to enable me to get back on line.

The new chip will have to wait a little longer now.

That's the Griff chip, not the pooter chip.

Cheers

Derek.

Unfortunately the Tamora meet date was fixed about a week ago, and put in the Pistonheads Calender - no fault of Derek, I know how hard it is to get a date everyone is happy with for these things

Looks like the only way I can be sure about making the next meet is to organise one myself
