What would you like to see as standard equipment?
Discussion
As today was the second time in 2 months that I have left my lights on causing the battery to go flat, I would like to see a "lights on" buzzer fitted as standard. Particularly as getting into a locked TVR with no power is not a straightforward task. Fortunately the first time was on a hill so I could bump start it and today I am near a window so I can plug in my battery conditioner.
In addition to:
- Lights on buzzer great idea.
- A locking glovebox
- A roof panel with a water/wind proof seal.
- A battery in an easier place than the foot well.
I would add:
- Aircon should be standard on all TVRs as it's essential.
- Pot of paint for those nasty chips that seem to breed on the bonnet...

You can get around the boot lock by fitting something like a Clifford that has remote boot release as a feature.
I agree about the seatbelts: on my car I know what the problem is, but haven't worked out how to fix it.
I agree about the chassis: but then if I hadn't had to repair two of them I wouldn't have had quite so much practise with a MIG set and AutoCAD!
As for equipment... can I have some HUGE headlamps to blind those twats who keep leaving their front fogs lamps on? It's bad enough in the work's van, but low down in the Wedge it's a bloody nightmare.
How about some more toys like the Cerbera's door/ window control? I keep racking my brains trying to think up useful things, and all I come up with is missile launchers and ejector seats... ;-)
Tell you what would go down well with Wedge owners... a replacement dash in the style of either the late 400SE or, better yet, the Speed Eight that was cancelled....
