Just seen the T350C on top gear this evening, looked very impressive going round the track and pulled a good time to (1m 29secs).
Whats every one else think to it's smooth lines and wild back end? it's already grown on me.

I imagine the dealerships will have a few second hand Tamoras next year, apart from the name it has to be the bestest TVR to date

Looks a very, very, very tasty car but I think I will still need to see it in the 'flesh' so to speak. Interesting name from JC though, anyone come up with a better one 'ow about TVR Caeos to start it off........

Ah ha, glad it's not just me that seems to come round corners backwards . I obviously have something in common with stig and its not just the language .
Looked rather impressive to me, I would imagine in 'race trim' it will be an seriously quick track car.

looked great, not sure about the sound... bit muted. still not sure about that rear either. one thing that I did wonder about was someone said "with the proven speed six engine"... proven to be what? be unreliable? (judging from what I've read on this forum)

Looked awesome on the road!! I'm off to the dealers to spec mine up tomorrow, that finally made my mind up, lets hope they have their demo ready for me....

Lap time was 1.28. quicker than the Murceilago. Lap time of the Lotus Esprit was a very good 1.32.

A shame Clarkson wasted 10 minutes whining about the name instead of talking about the car. twat!

Espirit was 1M32, Noble was 1M33 in the wet!

T350C was 1M28sec on race settings, 1M29 or normal (ie as fast as the new lambo

Wow, cheers everyone.

So did they do 2 laps in the T350C?(bit confused here)

The ache for TVR ownership grows with every new model

They only showed one, i think. but they will have done it for both to obtain the times. I think they often do more than one lap anyway so stig can get the feel for the car. Also it sometimes shows the full lap, and also some 'hickups' afterwards, which dont seem to be the same lap as the one they use to get the time.

if that makes sense.

Harder and softer suspension, respectivly. Apart from that i dont think there was any difference.

It was the green one.

I thought it sounded good (only 'good' though - I'm spoilt with v8 soundtrack).

Still cant cope with the rear of the car. It will take a while - I'm only starting to accept the front of the Tuscan. I wish the rear lights were more akin to those on the 440 - think they look fab.

I've got most on tape still - if I've got time I'll stick some up on my site.

Regards, Ed
