Hey, it's been ages since the doom and gloom mongers had a chance for a good whinge, slag off NS, cannonise PW etc.

Have they all gone on holiday? Eastern Europe, perhaps? Certainly not Blackpool...

Anyway, I'm going back to my designs for a deltic petrol engine...

They had the Napier "H" model, sorry miniature, at Donington Model Engineering Exhibition last year. It is absolutely superb, and about a factor of four better than most of the rest of the stuff there.

Guilty as charged, but after working there for 23 years it is hard to separate the heart from the head.There are things going on that do not make sence to any one .I have always stated i will not print facts i cannot prove so untill then you can nail my ass to the flag pole.AKA

So, would it be reasonable to assume Nic was playing the pauper to Blackpool council.

i.e we need a new site, PW is screwing us for rent, we can't afford to continue so will have to lose a load of local jobs unless you give us a cheap site to relocate to. Look at the parts problem etc etc, low production numbers, it's all terrible etc.

Then, when they agree and the deal is signed, he pumps another 2 million into the company in the knowledge he's just reduced his operating costs and has got a better site as part of the deal?
