Does anyone know if the Virginia Water thing is on this weekend? If so, what goes on there, time, where etc? Is it a TVR thing, Chim thing or a general shiny car thing?

I hope it's on, cos I'm going, along with a dozen or so others I know! Have a look here:

Don't forget your £3.50 for the parking machine (which will almost certainly be mal-functioning as always!)

Well, Ive been through that thread a couple of times and nowhere does anyone say where exactly the meeting is, despite my having asked. So unless someone does respond with details, I probably shan't go.

Sorry if this sounds a little testy, I'm in a bad mood this morning so I don't see why anyone else should have a good time.(c) Douglas Adams

In order to get more coverage on this, I have moved it to the GENERAL TVR STUFF & GOSSIP forum.

There is one large car park for Virginia Water on the A30 beside the Wheatsheaf pub. You really can't miss it. Rich...

Manek - have a look here for location - zoom out for general directions from where you are - dead easy to get to from the M25

Made it last month - worth the effort, incredible sight!

I will be there - my 5th meet. It started as a 'S' meet IIRC and then other TVRs came along. Its now a 'general shiny car thing'.

200 miles round trip to stand in a car park for a few hours and watch/listen/chat etc. Great way to spend a Sunday IMHO.

If anyone else is venturing up from Dorset and fancies travelling together let me know.

See you all there

Just follow the ROAR Manek, must have been 100 TVRs there last time I went!! Easy to get to tho, follow signs for Virginia Water, then theres a big sign for the car park and it's in there. I come off a night shift that morning and have another that night, but I'm still gonna try and make it!
