One Mans Tribute
Discussion
Given the recent goings on at Bristol Avenue, I felt I had to do something constructive to keep me focused
So I created a video tribute to TVR's...something a bit different this time around
(hankies at the ready!!)
Download it here until its on PH TV

I hope you all enjoy watching as much as I enjoyed creating!

Gorgeous video - had a tear in my eye! But hey, I'm sure it's far from over for TVR, this will be just another twist in the tale of a great marque. Meanwhile, let's all enjoy and apprecaite our cars even more than usual
Exactly what I wss thinking - here's hoping it's a new chapter, not the end of the story.
Im glad you all approve
I wanted to create something befitting of the situation!
I dont think TVR are dead and burried, but with any luck if Foreskins manages to move TVR out of Britain, Im hoping he loses control (probably will) in 18 months then someone, hopefully someone enthusiastic of the brand and its original image will buy it back and start again!
Ive vowed that if I ever won enough on the lottery that I would gladly put some money into the company!

Someone = Peter Wheeler... having had a brief holiday and pocketing £40m.

We can but hope fella, we can but hope!
If anyone knows Richard Bransons email address in the meantime

May I add my kudos to the list in saying I think you did a marvelous job in creating the video. An appropriate tribute to the marque. I was particularly honored to see both my current TVR and my previous TVR pictured in the video.
Good job and may this just be another hiccup in TVRs storied history.

Just seen the video. I dont like it, but thats just me... a proper tribute would have more of the greater aspects of the video such as Simon Coles fantastic 350/480wedge sliding around harewood. I know the outlook is bleak, as it has been for some time, but I cant help but feel more of a celebration of the marque and hope is called for.
Top work all the same, just not fitting IMHO, though I certainly couldnt do better, I'd suggest a more upbeat one would be a vast improvement.

Hey no problem, each to their own Ben my old mucker
I wish I had more footage of Simon Cole and his wedge belting round a hill, but unfortunately that footage was taken by myself and its hard enough to film an event and venue thats all new to you aswel as not knowing the orders and premium vantage points!
Thanks for the comments fellas, it makes me proud to know that so many people have a love the marque to the same degree that I do!
Marshall, I found the photos of your stonking 5 liter Taimar and I though it was very befitting because it shows that TVR is not just loved in Britain, and your 280 Tasmin is in sucn fantastic condition that it is a credit to the marque!
