As I've already been working with the organisers of the main event, I've put myself forward as Essex co-ordinator. Is anyone organising the kent convoy? If so, do you want to organise regional feeds that come and meet the essex convoy at Thurrock Services? It gives a great excuse to run through the Dartford Tunnel and as me and my missus were discussing in the pub last night, it will make a bigger impact if we have a huge convoy all "thunder" in to the London central meet point, rather than a few smaller streams all coming in one by one.

Side note number 2 - Do any of you have walkie talkies? Standard 8 channel ones should be fine. It would help massively if we end up with a large convoy if we had radio ops strategically placed along the line.

I'd like to be kept up informed about convoys from Essex. Just tried to mail you via your profile but it comes back with "Oops...Sorry, the address of the person you're trying to email isn't valid." ? Or should I mail through your business address?
