Surrey Thursday 28th December meet...venue change !!!

Please ignore the duff info in Sprint. The copy date passed before we had a chance to submit this.

The Hautboy will be closed on the 28th of December so we're moving to The Woolpack Country Inn, Elstead, near Godalming, GU8 6HD. We'll be there from 7.30pm until closing so feel free to come along for some post Christmas TVR stuff. We're taking bookings for Le Mans and the 2007 September Champagne Run (30+ cars already booked up!)so bring your cheque books.

Leslie, the Chim owning landlord, is going to rope off the carpark for us and there is parking around the village green and on the forecourt of the garage opposite. Dave Batty also mentioned that this pub was worth a look. It's been voted "Surrey Diners Pub of the Year" and the food is cheaper than at The Hautboy, so a good start there then. All the food is freshly prepared and cooked to order so you can expect a little bit of a wait. Good things come to those who do.
