I've always been a defender of TG, but Clarkson's comment was unnecessary, we witness the death of another British sports car manufacturer and the monies raised for the redundant workers from LT go to give the workers a 'thank you' and all Clarkson can do is mock!

I found yours & Beastie's, ahonen, and V8tvrs, comments about my sexual orientation last week to be insulting & totally unnecessary, now do you understand what I meant about the prats on TG.They find it amusing to mock our mates the workers who have had a really rough time.You made me bloody cross too! It's because of wankers like them that the British car industry is virtually non-existant. I can recall seeing them really hammering MG/Rover and then once MG/Rover had folded, they had the cheek to say, well... its really sad news for British motor industry, blah, blah, blah.

By far the better of the two new Top gear aired as yet, much more like it. Was, however, a tad disappointed regarding the slight towards the demise of a unique and British marque hitting the wall. Everyone allowed to take the piss but people have been put out of work- was trivialised IMHO. More airtime spent discussing some race driver's alleged erection whilst standing in the awesome presence of a hairdresser yellow Clio. By the way- best coupe? Alfa, Audi, Mazda? T350c for God's sake!

You think a T350C is a coupe? Oh dear, you need help. For gods sake man it's a sports car/small GT type like the old Triumph GT6, it's manly, like a wash bag. Wash bags aren't coupes.
