So'ton Salisbury TVR

Anyone in the Southampton Salisbury Area fancy a run next Sunday?
I suppose I better declare an embarrassing fact - I'm a TVRCC member, also I'm an RO, but don't let that put you off.
What I was thinking was meet in the Car Park of the Pub next to the Lotus Garage in Salisbury, say 11 for 11:30. Then a run down to the National Hill Climb at Gurston Down. (You may even have seen it hidden in Sprint!)
Anyway last weeks 'Goodwood the long way' got me thinking, do you guys want to go to Gurston the long way or the short way, so 10 miles or 40 or even more miles to Gurston. Say down A36 to Nomansland, New Forset, Fordingbridge, Cranbourne, Right then Left to Broad Chalke
Most of the Hants guys post on here, so are the right sort of people will make the decision.
Yep I know it's a BH, Le Mans the week after and Wilts have Safety Vans on the A roads!

Hi Tony again, without wishing to hijack Daves thread, but a blat up to GOODWOOD is definately on for me this saturday.
Its a full blown Sprint day with approx 12 TVR's entered amongst lots of other marques porkers beemers etc.
If anyones interested Steve Heath and the 'Beast of a Wedge' should be there, some sight so long as he keeps it on the black stuff
!! I believe there's at least three V8S's there as well
even one of the famous never built V8S 500's, which I must see. Perhaps time to start new thread to canvass opinions for a blat. What say thee

Yep still on Sunday, Pub Car Park next to Haydon Lotus Garage, 11 for 11:30am, decide long or short route at 11:20 (ish!)
