Drivers of cars with similar performance and/or comparable flair within reasonable distance to Vienna, Austria wanted for occasional weekend drive outs.

Hallo Michael!

There are at least 3 Chimaeras in Vienna now.
But not many TVRs in Austria at all.
Occasionally some meet for a blast.
Highlight is Whitsun meeting in either Germany, Switzerland or Austria.
It will be Germany next year.

Would be nice to meet,

Martin

Hi Tony,

Whitsun meeting will most probably be in South Germany next year.
But there is a lot of activity at TVRCC-Germany with some events further north as well:

Hi Nick,

I was quite sure you would be somewhere in the PH Forum. I can release you from your doubts, asking: only occasionally? By today I finished my 4000 miles from the moment I picked your-now better my-starmist lady up from Horsham and did not regret a single moment. How do you find your Type R GT? Looks nice! But probably a totally different story.

Hi Martin,

are you Vienna based or where else? Would like to gather for regular TVR drive outs and some gassing. Can you get in touch with the 3 other Chims you mentioned? By the way please also let me know in time about Whitsun meeting with German TVRCC.

Hi FFG,

thank you for the historic photo, because it is the first one shot after I bought my starmist lady!
By the way she did not feel bothered by the rude crowd of wedges and told me she would like to meet again perhaps on BBWF 2008!

Michael

Hi Tony, that´s allright. For being a very new pistonheader I really enjoy seeing frequent messaging on one of my topics even it may be not for the original purpose of the topic. Thus I learned about Whitsun meeting which I may attend. After all we are a TVR community.

Hi Vienna, Thanks.
I'm quite new myself on PH having been advised of the support available when I got my Tuscan.
I wish I had discovered it years ago.
Anyway, I am quite a long way from you here in Salzgitter and I think the nearest meet for me would be with the Hamburg club.

That was Sepp Baumgartner, our lovely TVRCC-Austria Boss,
he also owns a Griff 500 in olympic-blue. He lives close to Linz.
Its a small world.

Hi Michael!

Yes, not that far from Vienna. A meeting and nice drive with some TVRs is long overdue.
I hope I have not to wait too long for the protech dampers for the Griff now.
We will stay in contact,
Martin

I wonder TVRCC Austria President Mr. Baumgartner is logged onto PH? If, yes, I talked to you on the phone a few weeks ago. Maybe you want to join my meeting with Griffithy from St. Poelten?

Keep your eyes open tamore. You haven´t seen the most beautiful TVR yet in Austria!
