How much movement would you expect on the input shaft ?

Any recommendations for re-sealing all the covers & more importantly the middle section/main join between the box & tail? Can the tail of the box just be un-bolted & re-sealed ??

Thanks

p.s. anyone know what the handbrake switch is off ? its gone ping & i cant find the bloody spring rolleyes

Can't help on the gearbox question. But the handbrake switch is the same as the brake light switch on my late model Chimaera. They are readily available from any of the usual TVR parts sources for a few £.

Bugger !! Just in from the garage...

Cheers Steve, i found the 1st link earlier & used that, the second one looks alot easier to follow (i.e. idiots guide hehe ) Oh well, will see if the leak i had is cured tomorrow smile

If not i'll be looking for another one to shove in while i get this one sorted smile & if that happens i might have a play with the ratio's evil

Thanks again fella biggrin

Thanks Mike, still cant find the bloody spring hehe but it looks like i can get to it with everything back together so might have to wait, unless i find a suitable spring tomorrow smile
