Not sure if this has been mentioned (i had a quick search but couldn't find anything), but TMS have made statements:

24/11/2005 TMS Company Statement TMS will cease trading as a TVR dealer from 30th November 2005. The owner of TMS who is 89 has decided that now is an approriate time to retire from the motortrade to concentrate on his golf! All TMS creditors will of course be paid in full. We are also pleased to announce that Paul Glynn who is currently TMS Service Manager will be establishing his own TVR specialist servicing business which will trade from the same premises. Prestige Performance Cars will be open for business on 1st December 2005.Please see the additional news item for more information May we take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their support over the years.
