"but you won't find many people on this forum particularly impressed !"

How sad...............sounds like a man with many personal issues if he assumes all people are like minded.

I wasnt trying to impress I assumed (wrongly as it happens) the previous message was directed at me.

On the other hand....what car do you drive then please dont tell me its a Trevor

"Nah, I was talking to the bloke with the faceless oil burner. Actually, your Porker is a nice motor. Still can't understand why you all wanna come on here just to slag off our cars though"

***********************************************************************

I didnt mean to slag the TVR marque off at all. I love them.

In fact every spring I take a pilgrimage to the TVR centre in Arkley near Barnet to drool over the cars. My wife keeps trying to get me to buy a Chimaera although i`d love a Griff 500 or Cerbera.

The porker is what I can afford.

Last track day I did at Silverstone there was an awesome Cerbera that stayed out all afternoon. My porker dumped all its water and lost its brakes

i posted it cos it was a tongue in cheek `poke` at Trevors and not meant to p*ss take whatsoever. I thought you`d all take it in good humour for what it was.

Ho hum, back to the Porsche Club forum..................
