Dear all,

Here is a copy of a recent post I put up in the TVR Tuscan Challenge Forum regarding parking for all TVR owners that want to attend.

lake said:

I recently spoke to the management down at Brand Hatch and have organised single make parking again for this years Tuscan and GT racing on both the 2nd and 3rd of October 2004 for all TVRs.

The TVR parking will be behind the main grandstand in an area called the “Expo Site”, and not on South Bank where we were last year. Signs should be indicating the route to the parking area on the day.

You will need to enter via the main entrance. The standard charge for parking within the circuit will apply which is £2.00 payable at the gate.

I look forward to seeing a lot of you down there!

If anyone wants any more info please let me know.

Tripps,

Yes, in that case just show your TVRCC membership card if they starting giving you a hard time at the gate.

Hopefully will be going to Brands on the Sunday. Is a mid-Essex convoy planned Pauline?

Well people, we are just a few days away now to the last TVR Tuscan Challenge of 2004!, and as I understand it maybe the last ever in its current form.

So I look forward to seeiing a few of you there to support the drivers and teams alike. If we can match last years turn out it should be a good show (over 100 TVRs in the car park!!).

ncs, yellow peril, Steve_T, any ideas of numbers from your regions yet?

Well......thing is......I haven't asked people to mail me if they are attending.....just told them where we are meeting and what time we will leave.

This gives me an ickle problem in that 1 car could turn up or 30 cars....or 50 .. in which case it would be utter bedlam...

But Hey!....just like the parking at a Meet.....so no change there!!

The more the merrier and I'll deal with it at the time!!!

Hope we can encourage lots out for this one.

Ian....I know of 5 for certain........tip of the iceberg methinks!!!!!

YP,

I think you may be correct when you said tip of the iceburg

Lets hope there is a big turnout to say thanks to the teams etc for many years of excellent racing. And to show TVR what they will be missing out on next year.

We're coming down. Griff and support vehicle. Camping at Brands (Friday and Saturday) so will need the support vehicle. No facilities though so should be interesiting. Is anyone else staying over as I need to know the booze levels I need to take.
Not sure what time we'll be there Friday as its a long way from Brum and the M25 is sh1t.

As far as I know tickets are £10 a day on the gate, plus the £2 if you want to park inside the circuit.

I think you maybe able to get a weekend pass.
