It looks like all you get is a shelf to lay things on although Danielle on the stand did say that they may put in a compartment somewhere but this shelf idea does strike me as

a) not very secure as anything you leave on the shelf will be in full view, and

b) not very safe in transit as one emergency stop will throw the contents forward at a fair rate of knots. Anyone remember the "belt up in the back" safety campaign ad on tv?

Was thinking exactly the same thing as I was looking round. The parcel shelf seems quite high as well - maybe there is some space to be had beneath it? Then again it might be all transmission and fuel tank.

I asked about the possibility of a load cover and netting - no answer of substance on that one. What was the arrangement on older TVRs of a similar design? (forgive my utter ignorance to all things pre-90's where TVR are concerned

Is Tyre-weld now standard issue? I would hope some sort of compartment could be designed for the essential tools. Where could you install the CD multichanger?

Can't wait until I can put my order in

I thought I read in Autocar that it had (would have) a side hinged rear screen? Or was I dreaming? If so there must be a space beneath the window - it can't just be a shelf. This might not have been finished in time for the show cars.

The rear screen will be side hinged and heated. There are still items to be resolved on the show car. I'm not sure the factory have dicided on the solution for storage but I would expect a pull accross cover and some sort of small compatment for tools /tyre weld etc.

I was told at the show (and to further confirm waht has been said) that the rear screen would be hinged ala Jag E-Type FHC.

Various luggage cover options were under consideration, and the car at the show had to be rushed to be finished, and those with a good eye will have spotted that the fuel filler cap... didn't actually go anywhere!
